How It Works

We developed the Interactive Marketing System after many clients of our parent company, Symbolic, asked, ‘Can you recommend an email marketing system?’.

We researched many systems and found most offered a lot of features but cost in excess of $80,000.00, others were more affordable but they followed a ‘do it yourself’ approach.

We developed the Interactive Marketing System to perform like the system we would buy if we could and we started with the team who would build it.

We brought together specialists in the fields of direct marketing, sales strategy and analysis, with specialists in design, production and online marketing, which allowed us to create tools that merge the science of marketing with the art of design.

The Interactive Marketing System executes the 4 primary goals of successful email marketing; Acquires the lead, Engages the prospect, Converts prospects to customers, Retains their interest.

Visitors to your website can opt into your manageable database by providing their email address in an Opt In Email Data Field (link), in the Data Capture Interface (link) that appears after thy make 3 clicks on any three links on your website.

Engages the prospect
You are able to view and sort the new leads in your database (link) by name, interest, state, zip code or other criteria you dictate. Depending on the system you choose, you can send an I-Mail (Link) that features a marketing message, offer or other message. Include links to your website, offers or allow the recipient to forward the I-Mail on to a friend.
